About Kobe
Kobe Fock chose coffee for a simple reason: he wanted to spend his days on something he actually enjoys. He competes in brewers cup and cup tasters for the constant challenge, building recipes that pull out flavour with less bitterness and a better texture, always after a new angle on how a coffee can taste. The goal underneath it all stays modest: brew tasty coffee for everyone.
