About Winkie
Winkie Mak's first real cup came while she was travelling in Taiwan, ducking into a cafe just to get warm. She has competed across the Canadian Cup Tasters, Barista and Brewers Cup championships, and she will be the first to admit part of the draw is getting to taste coffee she would never otherwise reach. What keeps her there: she believes there is an infinite range to the spectrum of coffee.
